After participating in this survey and reflecting on my work experience, I have gained valuable insights into addressing stressors in my virtual workplace…It's important to continuously evaluate and adapt these strategies to maintain a balanced and stress free remote work experience.

The National Environmental Satellite, Data, and Information Service (NESDIS) that falls within the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has developed a Total Worker Health (TWH) program that is designed to protect and promote the physical and mental health of the workforce and advance their well-being by transforming enterprise approaches to daily work to create sustained measurable workforce health outcomes. The program advocates for the incredible work that the Healthy Work Campaign (HWC) has developed and has found the Principles of Healthy Work extremely beneficial as the program continues to grow at NESDIS.
